Applications are invited for recruitment of administrative govt job in AHIDMS Guwahati Assam in 2025.
Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the govt job of Finance Specialist, M&E/MIS Specialist, Assistant Engineer on purely contractual basis for the Project Management Unit (PMU) and Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under JICA funded “Assam Health System Strengthening Project in 2025.
Name of post : Finance Specialist
No. of posts : 1
Remuneration : Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 90,000/- per month
Qualification & Experience :
1. MCOM/MBA(Finance)/CA/ICWA or equivalent degree from any of the recognized boards or
university.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in budgeting, accounting, financial management for large scale programmes/projects etc.
Age Limit : Up to 45 years
Name of post : M&E/MIS Specialist
No. of posts : 1
Remuneration : Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month
Qualification & Experience :
1. The candidate should possess atleast MCA or B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
2. The candidate must have at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in management of IT & MIS activities in any Externally Aided Project (e.g. World Bank, JICA, ADB etc.) or Public/ Private sector organization
Age Limit : Up to 40 years
Name of post : Assistant Engineer
No. of posts : 1
Remuneration : Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month
Qualification & Experience :
1. Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University/Institution.
2. Should have minimum 5 (five) years of hands on experience in Construction activities in any
externally Aided Project or Public/ Private sector organization
Age Limit : Up to 35 years
Selection Procedure :
Candidates may appear for walk-in-interviews for the above posts from 27th November 2025 to 29th November 2025. Time of Interview is from 11 AM onwards. Reporting time is 10 AM. Venue is in the office of the Assam Health Infrastructure Development and Management Society (AHIDMS), 4th Floor, Nayantara Supermarket, Sixmile, Guwahati-781022
