Samagra Shiksha Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the govt job of Procurement Expert (Consultant) in 2025.

Essential Qualification & Experience :

1. Engineering, Commerce graduate or Masters degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in any discipline from any Govt, recognized university/institution.

2. Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in project procurement and contract management in government.

3. Proven experience in procurement Bid documents, evaluation contracts

4. Procurement preparing plans, preparing reports and managing processes.

5. Thorough Knowledge of procurement through GEM and Assam Tenders.

6. Ability to upload bids on GEM and Assam Tenders.

7. Thorough knowledge on GFR, Assam Public Procurement Act 2017 and Assam Public Procurement Rule 2020, CVC Guideline, eGEM.

Pay Scale : Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 1,10,000/- Grade Pay Rs. 13,300/-

Age Limit : The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as on 01-01-2025. The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation/ HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Board/ Council and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents
