Assam Urban Infrastructure Development & Finance Corporation Limited (AUIDFCL) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the govt job of Multi Tasking Staff and Assistants in 2025.
Name of post : Project Assistant
No. of posts : 2
Qualification & Experience :
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field from recognized University/institution.
2. 3-5 years of experience in office management/secretarial work in any public or private sector organization.
3. Experience in externally aided projects shall be given preference.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
Remuneration : Rs. 35,000.00-45,000.00 per month
Age Limit : 40 years as on 1st January 2025
Name of post : Multi-Tasking Staff
No. of posts : 3
Qualification & Experience :
1. Must have passed 12th Standard from a recognized board or institution.
2. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time. Prior experience in a similar role is an
advantage
3. 3-5 years of experience in any govt. organization in a support staff or multi-tasking role and
familiarity with filing systems, and letter handling etc.
Remuneration : Rs. 20,000.00-30,000.00 per month
Age Limit : 35 years as on 1st January 2025
Name of post : Manager-Civil
No. of posts : 7
Qualification & Experience :
1. B.E/B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil construction/project management, preferably in urban infrastructure or MDB-funded projects with 3-5 years specific experience as Water Supply Engineer in undertaking planning and execution is desirable.
Remuneration : Rs. 50,000.00-60,000.00 per month
Age Limit : 45 years as on 1st January 2025
Name of post : Manager-Accounts
No. of posts : 7
Qualification & Experience :
1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce from any Govt. recognized University with indepth knowledge of accounting/financial management procedures applicable for ADB/World Bank /externally funded projects and having hands on experience of operating Tally accounting software.
2. 8-10 years of working experience with 5 years of experience in project/program financial
accounting.
Remuneration : Rs. 45,000.00-55,000.00 per month
Age Limit : 45 years as on 1st January 2025
Name of post : Assistant - Accounts
No. of posts : 7
Qualification & Experience :
1. B. Com from a recognized university with knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0.
2. Proficiency in Tally, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatory.
3. 5-7 years of experience in similar work profile in any EAPs/Govt./Semi Govt. or organization of repute.
Remuneration : Rs. 35,000.00-45,000.00 per month
Age Limit : 40 years as on 1st January 2025
How to apply :
For the post of multi-tasking staff, candidates may appear for a walk-in-interview on 3rd December 2025 from 11 AM onwards. The venue is in the Office of the Managing Director, AUIDFCL, 2nd Floor, Aditya Tower, Dispur, Guwahati-06. Candidates may walk-in accordingly along with the prescribed application form and all original certificates related to Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, Proof of Birth and colored passport size photograph, latest salary slips etc. along with a set of self-attested copies of the same
