Applications are invited for recruitment of various administrative positions or career in TISS Guwahati Assam.

Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Administrative Officer-Off Campus and Office Assistant-Accounts altogether. The positions will be filled on contract basis for a period of six months initially. It is also extendable based on performance of the candidate and the requirement of the Institute.

Name of post : Administrative Officer- Off Campus

No. of posts : 1

Consolidated Salary : Rs. 60000 to 65000 per month.

Age Limit : Preferably below 50 years

Qualification & Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline plus 10 years of work experience altogether in handling administration aspects

OR

Master's Degree in any discipline plus seven years of work experience also in handling administration aspects.

Candidates having Excellent English communication, Writing skills and co-ordination with various stakeholders, good knowledge of administration in academic institution, experience in working in ERP environment, knowledge of GoI rules, FR/SR, Purchase procedure through GeM shall also be preferred

The candidate should also have proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel.

Name of post : Office Assistant (Accounts)

No. of posts : 1

Consolidated Salary : Rs. 25000 to 30000 per month.

Age Limit : Preferably below 45 years

Qualification & Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B. Com.) or allied disciplines altogether and 02 years of work experience in accounting field

OR

Master's Degree in Commerce (M. Com.) or allied disciplines also

Candidates having good knowledge of accounts, experience in working in ERP environment is also desired.

The candidate should also have proficiency in Word, Excel.

Application Fees :

Application Fee of Rs 500/- to be paid online.

Application fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates altogether will be Rs 250/-, if they upload the required Certificate in the Online Application Form.

Woman applicants are also exempted from the payment of application fee.
