NTPC Limited Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Associate in HR Department. Qualification:

Graduation with MBA (HR) /PG Diploma (HRD/HRM/Personnel Management/MSW)

Experience :

Minimum 7 years of experience in majority of HR functions

The functions may comprise of altogether General Administration & Estate Management, Hospitality Services, Employee Benefit, Contracts, Medical – Liaising with hospitals

It may also include functions like PRMS beneficiaries, Protocol Services and Coordination, Legal,

It may also include Rajbhasha, Stakeholder Management, Security Coordination, Organizing of Events.

The candidate must have retired from E4–E6 grade equivalent of NTPC altogether

Upper Age Limit : 63 Years
