Assam Career : NIT Silchar Recruitment 2024

Applications are invited for recruitment of various project based positions or career in NIT Silchar Assam.

National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the DST
sponsored project entitled "Sustainable Energy System for Achieving Novel Carbon Neutral Energy
Communities (SUSTENANCE)" in the Department of Electrical Engineering. The Institute has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for the interview on the basis of screening altogether. No candidate may also be recruited if suitable candidates are not found.

Essential Qualification :

B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech./M.E. in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering from recognized University altogether and should have GATE/CSIR-UGC NET/ qualified through National level examination according to DST guidelines

Desirable Qualification / Experience :

Candidates having M. Tech degree and having hands on experience in developing and working on hardware / laboratory prototype especially on Power Electronic Converters will be given preference.
Throughout First Class in academic career is preferred.

Emoluments : Rs. 31,000 8% HRA per month
