Assam Career : NIMR Recruitment 2024

Applications are invited for recruitment of various technical positions or career in NIMR Assam.

National Institute of Malaria Research (NIMR) Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Consultant Engineer (Mechanical) on contract
basis initially for a period of one year on a fixed consolidated salary as per the Guidelines of
GOI and ICMR issued/amended from time to time.

Essential Qualification :

(i) The candidate should have four years’ BE/B Tech Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.

(ii) The candidate should have 20 years’ working experience in Scientific Research Organizations of Central Govt./ Central Govt. Autonomous bodies in the field of refrigeration & HVAC for specialized buildings like Research Laboratories, ACL-2, Animal Research Facility buildings, Auditorium, as well as installation and maintenance of large Central Air Conditioning plant & associated equipments etc.

(iii) The candidate should have retired from any Govt. organization in the Pay Level of
not less than 7 as per the 7th pay commission.

Desirable Criteria:

The candidate should be familiar with the Government Rules, Regulations, works procedures etc. on technical, administration, legal and accounts matters.

Remuneration:

The consultant shall be paid a fixed consolidated monthly salary as per the Guidelines of GOI and ICMR issued/amended from time to time.

No other allowance shall be admissible
