Applications are invited for recruitment of various technical positions or career in IIT Guwahati Assam.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Senior Field Engineer in the project entitled "Industrial Energy Assessments" at the School of Energy Sciences & Engineering. The duration of the project is for eleven months. The appointment may be extended beyond 11 months subject to satisfactory performance. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, the sixth member of the IIT fraternity, was established in 1994. The academic programme of IIT Guwahati altogether commenced in 1995. At present the Institute has eleven departments, seven inter-disciplinary academic centres and five schools covering all the major engineering , science, healthcare, management and humanities disciplines

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or in Mechanical Engineering.

Should have also participated in at least 20 industrial energy assessments

Salary : Rs. 40000/- per month
