Applications are invited for recruitment of various administrative positions or career in IIT Guwahati Assam.
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Sr. Project Technician in the project titled, "M.Des Programme/ Executive Development Programme in Electronic Product Design." Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, the sixth member of the IIT fraternity, was established in 1994. The academic programme of IIT Guwahati altogether commenced in 1995. At present the Institute also has altogether eleven departments, seven inter-disciplinary academic centres and five schools covering all the major engineering , science, healthcare, management and humanities disciplines. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati’s campus is altogether on a sprawling 285 hectares plot of land on the north bank of the river Brahmaputra around 20 kms from the heart of the city Guwahati. IIT Guwahati is also the only academic institution in India that occupied a place among the top 100 world universities.

Qualification :
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Plastic Technology with a 1st Class or equivalent grade of minimum 60% percentage with minimum 1 year of experience.
Desirables:
Experience in digital fabrication with knowledge in 3D printing and 3D scanning, or experience in plastic processing and testing or experience in CNC machine operating and CAD modeling in any
reputed public/private organization
Salary : Rs. 20000/- per month
Selection Procedure :
An online interview will be held on 28th May 2024 from 10 AM onwards.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview.
Shortlisted candidates will be intimated altogether through e-mail to appear for an online interview
