Applications are invited for recruitment of six vacant positions or career in Guwahati Municipal Corporation Assam.

Guwahati Municipal Corporation Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Teachers (Hindi, Maths, English, Science, Social Studies) in different schools on contractual basis. The appointment shall be made purely on contractual basis for a period of 11 months

Name of post : Teachers (Hindi, Maths, English, Science, Social Studies)

No. of posts : 6 ( 1 for each subject)

Qualification :

1. Candidates must have a graduate degree from a recognized university.
2. Candidates must have a degree in B.Ed or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.ED) with a minimum of 50% marks

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in related field is required

Salary : Rs. 20000/- per month

Applications without contact number, photograph, also signature of the candidate or received after last date and time or received through any other mode or incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected

The date and syllabus of written test and viva voce will altogether be notified in due course of time which will be published in the GMC official website.

Candidates shall bring original documents/ certificates at the interview for verification, failing which they shall not also be allowed to appear.

Candidates are required to bring PAN card or any Valid ID and/ or address proof at the interview.
