Dibrugarh University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Residential Lady Matron on contract basis.

Name of post : Residential Lady Matron (on contract basis), Girls’ Hostels of Dibrugarh University

No. of posts : 1

Minimum Qualification: 12th passed in any discipline.

The candidate should be ready to stay in the allotted hostel premises and also attend any emergency condition of the boarders, if selected.

The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam and must produce a valid proof of
residency issued by the competent authority along with the application form.

Desirable : Having experience in management of Hostels/ any other residential academic organization with excellent administrative capabilities, having good communication skills and pleasing personality with good leadership quality.

Salary : Consolidated fixed pay of Rs.12,730/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty) only per month

a) 12th passed in any discipline

b) Must be able to communicate in English Language.

c) The candidate should be ready to stay in the allotted hostel premises and also attend any emergency condition of the boarders, if selected.

d) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam and must produce a valid proof of
residency issued by the competent authority along with the application form.

Desirable :

(i) Having experience in management of Hostels/ any other residential academic organization with excellent administrative capabilities, having good communication skills and pleasing personality with good leadership quality.

(ii) The applicant should have knowledge in any other language in addition to English.

(iii) The applicant should have the ability to deal with international students.

Salary : Consolidated fixed pay of Rs.12,730/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty) only per month
