Canara Bank Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Specialist Officers (Company Secretary) in Middle Management Grade (MMG) Scale II and Scale III on regular basis. Widely known for customer centricity, Canara Bank is the brainchild of Shri Ammembal Subba Rao Pai, a great visionary and philanthropist. He founded it in July 1906, at Mangalore, then a small port town in Karnataka. The Bank has gone through the various phases of its growth trajectory over hundred years of its existence. Growth of Canara Bank was phenomenal, especially after nationalization in the year 1969, attaining the status of a national level player in terms of geographical reach and clientele segments

Minimum Qualification: Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualification of
LLB/CA/ICWA

Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience (as on 01.06.2024) after obtaining membership of ICSI in a listed Company. Proficiency in MS Office suite will be an added advantage.

Age Limit : Minimum 25 years & Maximum 30 years
