Applications are invited for recruitment of various administrative positions or career in Bank of Baroda Assam.

Bank of Baroda Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of FLC Counsellor and Watchman / Gardener on contractual basis.

Name of post : FLC Counsellor

No. of posts : 1

Qualification :

• Shall be a Graduate from a recognized university.
• Preference will be given to candidates having PG Degree in the area of Agriculture, veterinary science, Sociology, Psychology & social work.
• Should be well conversant with the local language.
• Shall be a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer Knowledge.
• Should have sound knowledge of banking, Insurance, Investment, Pension, Law, and Finance.
• Should possess excellent communication & Team building skills.

Experience :

• Shall be an ex-banker (Officer Cadre) with minimum 5 years’ experience in any nationalized bank/RRB/Pvt. Bank. or
• Minimum 5 Years exp. in banking/with related fields, NBFCs/ FIs. or
• Business Correspondent / BC – coordinator with minimum 5 years exp. or
• Ex RSETI Director with minimum 3 years of exp./faculty with minimum 5 years of experience

Salary : Rs. 18000/- per month

Job Roles : To provide counselling at FLC in accordance with the guidelines of RBI

Name of post : Watchman/ Gardener

No. of posts : 1

Qualification : Should have passed 7th Standard

Experience : Should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/ horticulture

Salary : Rs. 6000/- per month

Job Roles :

• Watch and ward of the premises.
• Gardening work and maintenance and upkeep of the premises.
• In case of need to perform the duties of the attendant.
• Any other work entrusted by the Director from time to time
