Applications are invited for recruitment of various administrative and technical positions or career in AHIDMS Assam.

Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of M&E / MIS
Specialist and IT Assistant under Assam Health System Strengthening Project on contract basis. Assam Health System Strengthening Project is a Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) funded Project under Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS), Medical Education & Research Department, Govt. of Assam. It is an important project in the health sector of Assam as the project aims to improve access to public medical services and quality medical services to rural residents, through the improvement of secondary and tertiary medical institutions which are core medical centers.

Name of post : M&E / MIS Specialist

No. of posts : 7

Eligibility Criteria :

1. The candidate should possess at least MCA/ B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science from recognized University/Institution.
2. The candidate must have at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in management of IT & MIS activities in any
3. Externally Aided Project (e.g. World Bank, JICA, ADB etc.) or Public/ Private sector organization.
4. Experience in designing, executing at least one LAN/WAN/Data Centre project is preferable.
5. Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Security is desirable.
6. Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reporting.
7. Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions for fitment in the network for optimising cost/efficiencies.
8. Support in development of IT platforms and applications.
9. Maintenance support, trouble shooting IT issues and providing assistance to medical colleges
10. Experience of working in the North East with govt aided project will be preferred.
11. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.

Remuneration : Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month.

Name of post : IT Assistant

Eligibility Criteria :

1. The candidate should possess atleast bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology/ BCA
2. The candidate must have atleast 2 years of post-qualification experience in management of IT & MIS activities in any
3. Externally Aided Project (e.g. World Bank, JICA, ADB etc.) or Public/ Private sectororganization.
4. The candidate should also have knowledge of hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of LAN etc.
5. The candidate should be able to maintain record of assets, such as laptops, computers, storage devices and peripherals
6. The candidate should have experience of preparation of MIS reports
7. Experience of working in the North East with govt aided project will be preferred.
8. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.

Remuneration : Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- per month.

Candidates may appear for the walk-in-interviews on 18th September 2024 and 19th September 2024 from 11 AM onwards
