Tezpur University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates in 2026 for recruitment of 12 (twelve) vacant positions or career of Project Assistants in the ANRF sponsored research project entitled “JNU-PAIR network on Science for Sustainable Future”, under the Principal Investigator Prof. Pritam Deb, Department of Physics.

Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Science / 3 years Diploma in Engineering & Technology.

Age: Candidates shall not be more than 50 years of age on the date of interview.

Emolument: Rs. 27,000/- (Rupees twenty-seven thousand) only 10% HRA as admissible per month

Selection Procedure :

Candidates may appear for a walk-in-interview in the SAIC Building, Tezpur University at 9.30 a.m. on 24/03/2026.

Interested candidates may appear before the interview board physically at 9.30 a.m. on 24/03/2026 with all original and self-attested photocopies of mark sheets, certificates from 10th standard onwards, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate (if any), any other testimonials, copy of recent signed Curriculum Vitae (CV) and duly filled in application in Annexure-I (enclosed).
