Tezpur University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of one (01) Junior Research Fellow in the CSIR sponsored research project entitled “Hybrid 3D Nanostructure on Biodegradable Flexible Substrate as Ultrasensitive Plasmonic Biosensor” under the Principal Investigator of Dr. Biplob Mondal, Associate Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2025.

Essential Qualification:
B.S. 4 years programme/Integrated BS-MS/MSc/BE/BTech or equivalent degree, with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test.
Age: Candidates shall not be more than 28 years of age on the last date of receipt of application. The upper age limit is relax-able up-to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled
castes/tribes/OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates.
Emolument: Rs. 37,000/- (Rupees thirty seven thousand) only + HRA as admissible per month for 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 42,000/- (Rupees forty two thousand) only + HRA as admissible per month for 3rd year as per rules (SRF).

Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview. Shortlisted candidates must appear before the interview board in offline or in online (as special case) mode. They should appear along with all original and self-attested photocopies of mark sheets, certificates from 10th standard onwards, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate (if any), certificate of NET/GATE or similar examination qualifications, any other testimonials, copy of recent signed Curriculum Vitae (CV) and duly filled in application in Annexure-I. Original documents of the candidates will be verified by the Selection Committee in case of the candidate(s) appeared offline. Candidate(s) appearing interview in online mode must produce all original and self-attested documents mentioned above on the date of joining upon selection and the original documents of the candidate will be verified by the Principal Investigator
