Samagra Shiksha Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Quality Expert (Quality and Pedagogy) on contractual basis in 2025.

Educational Qualification :

a) Postgraduate degree in child development / Early Childhood Care and Education/ Psychology/ Education/Social Sciences/ Development Studies from a recognised university.

b) B.Ed. from any recognized university

c) Degree / Diploma in pre-primary education from any recognised university or reputed national-level organisation.

Experience Requirements

(a) Overall Experience-

(i) A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in development or social sector projects, with demonstrated ability to work in mission-mode initiatives.

(ii) Prior experience in mission- mode early childhood care or education projects will be considered an added advantage.

(b) Relevant Domain Expertise-

(i) Out of the total experience, at least 4 years of direct, relevant experience in managing projects related to pre-primary education, or the foundational stage of schooling.

(c) Policy and Pedagogical Knowledge-

(i) Strong conceptual understanding of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and National Curriculum Framework for the Foundational Stage (NCF-FS).

(ii) Hands-on experience in child-centric pedagogy programs, with exposure to teacher training, program management, procurement, and community development initiatives.

(d) Technical and Analytical Skills-

(i) Proven expertise in MS Office.

(ii) Experience in policy analysis, research report preparation, and data-driven decision-making.

Pay : Rs. 30,000/- to 1,10,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 13,300/-

Age Limit : The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as on 01-01-2025.
