Applications are invited for recruitment of various administrative positions or career in Labour Court Guwahati Assam in 2025.

The Office of Labour Court Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Senior Administrative Assistant (UDA) and Chowkider in 2025.

Name of post : Senior Administrative Assistant (UDA)

No. of posts : 1

Qualification & Experience :

(i) Graduate in any Discipline.

(ii) Candidates serving as Junior Administrative Assistant having not less than 05 years of continuous service as on 01.01.2025 altogether in any District Judiciary of Assam

Pay Scale : Pay Band-2 Rs. 14000/- to 70000/- Grade Pay Rs. 8000/-

Qualification & Experience : The candidates must possess the minimum educational qualification of Class VIII standard passed, and those who have passed HSSLC or also above shall not be eligible to apply for the said post. Preference to the candidates who are working in this establishment as casual, contingent and also wages employee.

Pay Scale : PB-12000-52000 Grade Pay Rs. 3900

How to apply :

For the post of Chowkider, candidates must submit along the applications in the prescribed Standard Form under Assam Gazette of Part - IX, self-attested copies of relevant testimonials/certificates, 3(three) recent passport size photographs, out of which one photograph must be pasted on the application. However, candidates have to also produce their original testimonials regarding educational qualifications, date of birth, caste, working experience etc. at subsequent stages when asked for. Applicants must submit their applications in the drop box altogether within the office working hours in Court office or by post {Address: Office of the Presiding officer, Labour Court, Guwahati, Hengrabari, Deputy Commissioner's building, 3rd floor, Pin-781036}. Last date for submission of Application is 19th November 2025 ( till 5 PM).

For the post of Senior Administrative Assistant, candidates must submit along the applications in the prescribed Standard Form under Assam Gazette of Part - IX along with self attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials also in support of their age, educational qualification, other qualifications, 03 (three) recent passport size photographs, be submitted either by Post addressed to the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Guwahati, Assam, PIN-781036, or dropped personally at the Drop-Box of the O/o the Labour Court, Guwahati, Assam during working days at the office hours only. The last date of receipt of application is 25th November 2025 till office working hours.
