Dibrugarh University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Technician-B, Laboratory Attendant, Pump Engine Driver and Plumber Jugali in 2025.

Name of post : Pump Engine Driver (on contract basis)

Minimum Qualification :

a) Xth pass

b) Having minimum 03 years of experience in operating, maintaining and repairing of pumps and pump systems in any reputed establishment (Experience Certificate updated with good proficiency report issued by the Head of the concerned organization must be submitted).

OR

Having ITI Certificate in - Pump Operator-cum-Mechanic/ Machinist/ Electronics Mechanic/ Mech. (Motor vehicle)/ Instrument Mech./ Mech. Agri Machinery/ Mechanic Auto Body Repair/ Mechanic (Diesel)/ Mech. Tractor/ Electrician from any Govt. Institution.

Salary : Consolidated fixed pay of Rs. 19,200/- (Rupees Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred) only per month

Name of post : Plumber Jugali (on contract basis)

No. of posts : 1

Minimum Qualification :

i) Xth pass

ii) Having minimum 03 years of experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems like pipes, fixtures, drainage systems, and potentially water treatment systems in any reputed establishment. (Experience Certificate updated with good proficiency report issued by the Head of the concerned organization must be submitted).

OR

Having ITI Certificate in – Plumber/ Welder/ Pump Operator-cumMechanic/ Welder (Fabrication & Fitting) from any Govt. Institution.

Salary : Consolidated fixed pay of Rs. 16,400/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred) only per month.

Name of post : Technician-B (on contract basis)

Minimum Qualification : ITI in Instrument Mechanic/ Electronics Mechanic/ Machinist/ Electronics Mechanic/ Electrician/ Information Communication technology & System Maintenance/ Refrigerator & AC Mech. from a recognized Institute

Desirable : Having experience in handling and maintenance of sophisticated instruments,
sound instruments, computers, etc. in any reputed organization

Salary : Rs. 19,600/- (Rupees Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred only)

Name of post : Laboratory Attendant (on contract basis)

No. of posts : 1

Minimum Qualification : 10+2 Examination passed in Science Stream

Desirable :

a) Having minimum 03 months Certificate Course in Computer Application

b) Working experience in any educational or research institution

Salary : Rs. 19,200/- (Rupees Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred only)
