Air Force School Jorhat Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Sociology in 2025.

Eligibility Criteria :

(a) A Masters Degree in Sociology from any University recognized by the Govt of India/UGC/AICTE with minimum aggregate marks of 50% in the subject and also 50% in aggregate.

(b) A BEd Degree or also its equivalent from a college /university recognized by Govt of India/ AICTE/ UGC/National Council of Teachers Education

Additional Criteria :

1. Candidate should be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
2. Candidates should possess knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Office.
3. CTET/ STET qualified candidates will be given additional weightage during selection.
4. Candidates having prior experience would be given due weightage

Age Limit : 21 to 50 years as on 1st July 2025
