Applications are invited for recruitment of various accounting positions or career in ASTEC Guwahati Assam in 2025.

Assam Science Technology & Environment Council (ASTEC) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Accountant purely on contractual basis in 2025.

Qualification & Experience :

1. 1st Class B.Com with Specialisation in Accountancy and 1 year Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application

2. Candidate having adequate knowledge and proficiency in Preparation and Finalisation of Annual Accounts along with Balance Sheet etc., Auditing, Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing, handling of Income Tax Compliances such as Income Tax Appeal and other Litigation related works, GST, TDS, CPF, Labour Cess etc

3. To have minimum 4 (four) years of working experiences in the field of Finance, Taxation & Accounting.

4. Proficiency in MS Office, Tally Prime etc

Remuneration : Rs. 35,000 /- + CPF as applicable.

Selection Procedure :

Candidates may appear for a walk-in-interview on 23rd December 2025 from 11 AM onwards. The venue is in Office of the ASTE Council, Bigyan Bhawan, G.S. Road, Guwahati – 781005
