Eligibility Criteria :

For engagement of Post Graduate Teacher (Arts), the candidate must possess :

a) Post Graduate Degree in Arts from a recognized University with minimum 55% of marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation in the respective subject and

b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).

For engagement of Post Graduate Teacher (Science), the candidate must possess:

c) Post Graduate Degree in Science from a recognized University with minimum 55% of marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation in the respective subject and

d) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).

Eligibility Criteria :

For the post of Graduate Teacher (Arts and Arts-English), the candidate must be:

a) i. A Graduate in Arts with Major (Honours) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks in major subject for Graduate Teacher (Arts).

ii. A Graduate in Arts with Major in English subject from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks in major subject for Graduate Teacher (Arts-English).

b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).

For the post of Graduate Teacher (Science and Mathematics), the candidate must be:

c) i. A Graduate in Science with Major (Honours) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks in major subjects for Graduate Teacher (Science).

ii. A Graduate in Science with Major in Mathematics subject from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks in major subjects for Graduate Teacher (Mathematics).

d) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).

For Graduate Teacher (Hindi)-

Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 55% marks and degree qualification with 55% marks or post Graduate degree in Arts with 55% marks with Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 55% marks from any recognized University,

Or

BA with 55% marks and having Hindi as one of the subjects with 55% marks or Post Graduate in Arts with 55% marks provided that he has passed BA with one of the subjects as Hindi with 55% marks in Hindi

B.Ed. degree from any recognized University (PARANGAT to be treated as B.Ed. degree only for the purpose of Hindi teaching).
