Applications are invited for recruitment of various non-teaching positions or jobs in FTII Itanagar Arunachal Pradesh in 2025.

Film & Television Institute of India (FTII) Itanagar is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Campus Director and Registrar on deputation basis in 2025.

Name of post : Campus Director

No. of posts : 1

Pay Scale: Pay Level – 13 (Rs.1,23,100 – 2,15,900) as per 7th CPC

Age Limit :

i) The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation including contract shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

ii) Contract for a period of 3 years to be extended upto 6 years or 60 years of age,
whichever is earlier.

Eligibility:

On DEPUTATION (including short term contract) :

Officers of Central Government/State Government / Autonomous bodies / Statutory Organisations / Semi-Govt. Organization-

(a) i) holding analogous post on regular basis

OR

(ii) with five years of regular service in the Pay Level - 12 as per 7th CPC (Rs.78800-Rs.209200)

(b) Possessing the following educational qualification and experience:

Essential : Graduate from a recognized University.

Desirable : Experience of managing or making personal contribution in one of the following areas:
1. Writing stories/Lyrics/Screenplay/Script for Films/TV programes.

2. Editing of Film/TV programmes

3. Production of Film/TV programmes

4. Direction of Film/Plays/TV program

On CONTRACT BASIS:

Essential-

(i) Graduate from a recognized University

(ii) Minimum 10 years experience in the field of Film/Electronic Media out of which minimum three years of experience in heading an Academic/professional Institution/ University/ Department/ Organisation of National repute.

Desirable-

(i) Being a film maker of repute.

(ii) Having a post-graduate degree or diploma in cinema from a recognized University or Institute.

(iii) Having experience of teaching courses related to films/TV in a recognized University/ Institution.

Pay Scale: Pay Level – 11 (Rs.67700 – 208700) as per 7th CPC

Age Limit : The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding
56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Eligibility: By deputation on foreign service terms of a suitable officer from Central / State Government / Universities / recognized Research Intuitions / Central Autonomous Bodies etc. who is at least a Graduate from a recognized University, holding analogous posts or with at least 5 years service in post in the Level 10 or at least 7 years regular service in the Level-9 or at least 8 years regular service in the Level-8 and having experience in administration, establishment and accounts matters
