Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Senior Manager- Operations (One Post) on Contract Basis at
TISS- School of Skill Education. The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), established in the year 1936, is a Deemed to be University under Ministry of Education. It has campuses at Mumbai, Tuljapur, Guwahati and Hyderabad, TISS offers over 50 Post Graduate programmes, 18 Doctoral programmes, and Under Graduate programmes in Social Science and Skill Education. Freedom and autonomy shape the positive work ethos and culture of the Institute and facilitate strong linkages between teaching, research, field action and policy engagement. The Institute encourages and supports researchers to engage in foundational, applied, field and action- oriented research

Monthly Remuneration : Consolidated INR 65,000 to 70,000 per month (Commensurate with educational qualification and work experience)

Qualification & Experience :

(a) 10+ years of operational expertise out of which minimum five years in the Skill Education
field [preferred field of Management, Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills (MEPS)/ Power/ Electronics/Sports]

(b) Minimum 2 years Post Graduate in preferred field of (Management, Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills (MEPS)/Power/ Electronics/Sports)

(c) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

(d) Creative & Innovative

(e) Should be excellent in Computing Skills i.e MS Office

(f) Must have good interpersonal skills and coordination skills

(g) Crisis handling & problem solving

(h) Ability to multi task and handle several SP/SKP accounts
