Railway Protection Force (RPF) Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Sub-Inspectors and Constables. To protect and provide a hitch-free movement of traffic over this vast network of railway in the country, the Railway Protection Force has been entrusted with the onerous responsibility of providing security to this lifeline of the Nation. The Government of India is today spending over Rs. 5300 Crores in maintaining a body of men numbering over 74,000, who constitute the Railway Protection Force. The Force is distributed over the entire length and breadth of the country.

Qualification : Graduate from a recognized University

Salary : Rs. 35400/- per month

Age Limit : 20-28 years as on 01.07.2024

No. of posts : 4208

Qualification : 10th pass or equivalent from recognized Board by the Government of India

Salary : Rs. 21700/- per month

Selection Procedure :

Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement
(PMT)
