Applications are invited for recruitment of various legal positions or career in IIE Guwahati Assam.

Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Legal Advisor for one year altogether on contract basis. Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. The main aim of the Institute is to provide training, research and consultancy activities in Small and Micro Enterprises (SME),with special focus on entrepreneurship development. The Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE)  registered under the Societies Registration Act,1860  came into being in the year 1993 in Guwahati. Its registration is under erstwhile Ministry of Industry (now the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), Government of India. The Institute began operating from April 1994 with the North East Council (NEC), Governments of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland and SIDBI as its other stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria :

• The Legal advisor should have experience in dealing with CAT cases.
• Must be registered with Bar Council.
• Minimum experience of 15-20 years.

Job Roles :

1. Rendering Legal opinion
2. Assistance in drafting regulations, notices, policies or Manual of Company etc.
3. Legal vetting of orders, decisions, concept papers, bidding/tender documents, undertakings/ indemnity bonds/Agreements/Contracts/MOU/NDA/Deeds to be obtained from entities
4. Review of regulations based on practical working
5. Assistance in preparing record note of proceedings of various hearings
6. Handling litigations matters before the High Court and Supreme Court another Dist. or Lower Courts/Tribunals/Arbitration forum or any other Govt. Authority.
7. To perform such other work of a legal nature as may be entrusted from time to time.
