Applications are invited for recruitment of various technical positions or career in Gauhati University Assam.
Gauhati University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of CRS Project Fellow (Junior) in the Department of Mathematics under a Collaborative Research Scheme (CRS) Project of UGC-DAE CSR entitled "Fractional Computational Modelling in Radiobiology". The post is purely temporary in nature and will co-terminate with the CRS project. Gauhati University is altogether one of the premier institutions of higher education in Northeast India and one of the most sought-after postgraduate institutions. It is the oldest and the largest university in the entire Northeast. The university represents the academic and cultural background of the region, on which the other academic institutions of Northeast India started their journey. It is the pioneer educational institute also. It also extends its hand holding support to all subsequent academic institutions in this region. Indologist and philanthropist Krishna Kanta Handiqui had been the founder Vice Chancellor of Gauhati University. Some very illustrious sons and daughters of Assam have been its alumni.

Essential Qualification:
M.Sc. (not earlier than 3 years) with a minimum of 55% marks in Mathematics.
Desirable:
Basic knowledge of Biology and expertise in handing software like MATLAB / Mathematica / Python.
Fellowship : As per rules and regulations of the said project
