The Office of Central Medical Services Authority (CMSS) Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Executive Assistant and Junior Pharmacist.

Name of post : Executive Assistants (DEOs)- Administration, Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain

No. of posts : 7

Qualification & Experience :

1. Should be a Graduate from UGC recognized University.
2. Should have 01 year of post qualification experience in the job of an Assistant or higher level in Central/State Govt./Public Undertaking /Reputed private Company.
3. Should have reasonable level of proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and PDF Document.
4. Should have good/acceptance range of written expressions in English.

Name of post : Executive Assistants (DEOs)- Quality Assurance

No. of posts : 2

Qualification & Experience :

1. Educational qualification should be B.Pharma from PCI approved Institute.
2. Should have 01 year of post qualification experience as chemist in a pharmaceutical testing laboratory or in QC wing of any Pharma MNC.
3. Exposure in handling regulatory audits on store/warehouse/ distribution functions of Pharmaceutical organizations in accordance with GMP regulation.
4. Hands on experience on working in ERP system. Should have reasonable level of proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and PDF Document.
5. Should have good/acceptance range of written expressions in English.

Name of post : Executive Assistants (DEOs)- Finance

No. of posts : 2

Qualification & Experience :

1. B.Com/M.Com. from a UGC recognized University.
2. Should have 01 year of post qualification experience in the field of Accounts/Finance function in a reputed firm.
3. Should have knowledge and experience of Tally.
4. Should have good/acceptance range of written expressions in English.

Name of post : Junior Pharmacist

No. of posts : 2

Qualification & Experience :

1. Diploma in Pharmacy /B. Pharma degree from a reputed university / Institute recognized by Pharmacy Council of India.
2. Minimum 02 years post qualification for D. Pharma and 01 year post qualification for B. Pharma in Pharmaceutical store/warehouse/distribution functions.
