Assam Career : ASACS Recruitment 2024

Applications are invited for recruitment of various medical positions or career in ASACS Assam.

Assam State AIDS Control Society (ASACS) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Senior Medical Officer and Medical Officer in Antiretroviral Therapy (ART Plus) Centre at Silchar Medical College & Hospital, Silchar and Gauhati Medical College & Hospital, Guwahati.

Name of post : Senior Medical Officer

No. of posts : 1

Essential Qualification :

MBBS with valid registration from the State Medical Council of Assam/NMC

OR

MBBS with Post Graduate (MD/Diploma) including DNB in any clinical discipline recognized by
NMC.

Desirable : Work Experience in HIV/AIDS Programme in field settings. Those with MD Medicine / Diploma in Medicine will be preferred.

Essential Experience:

1. 3 years experience is needed for MBBS candidates. Fresher Post Graduates from Clinical Discipline will also be considered.
2. Good working knowledge of computer, MS office.

Age: Not more than 65 years as on 01/04/2024

No. of posts : 1

Essential Qualification :

MBBS with valid registration from the State Medical Council of Assam/NMC

Desirable : Work Experience in HIV/AIDS Programme in field settings. Those with MD Medicine / Diploma in Medicine will also be preferred.

Essential Experience:

1. 6 months work experience. Post Graduates from Clinical Discipline will also be considered.
2. Good working knowledge of computer, also MS office.

Age: Not more than 65 years as on 01/04/2024

Selection Procedure :

Candidates may appear for walk-in-interviews on 9th September 2024 and 10th September 2024 respectively for the above posts altogether in Assam State AIDS Control Society (ASACS), Khanapara, Guwahati-22

Reporting time is altogether from 9:30 AM to 11 AM
