Applications are invited for recruitment of various administrative and technical positions or career in AIWTD Society Assam.

Assam Inland Water Transport Development (AIWTD) Society Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Project Manager, Junior Engineer, IT Specialist and Office Management Assistant under World Bank financed Assam Inland Water Transport Project.

Name of post : Project Manager (Technical)

No. of posts : 1

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering

Advanced construction management/ post graduate diploma in construction management will be
preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years’ experience of which majority of experience in project management of largescale transport infrastructure projects.

Remuneration: The monthly fixed remuneration will be Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month or 30% hike on the existing remuneration whichever is less

Name of post : Junior Engineer

No. of posts : 1

Educational Qualification: Civil/ Mechanical Engineering Diploma from a recognized Institute

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience of Project Management and good knowledge in project
execution

Remuneration: The monthly fixed remuneration will be Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month or 30% hike on the existing remuneration whichever is less

Name of post : IT Specialist

No. of posts : 1

Educational Qualification: Masters in Information Technology (IT), or related discipline

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in management of IT Software

Remuneration: The monthly fixed remuneration will be Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 per month or 30% hike on the existing remuneration whichever is less.

Name of post : Office Management Assistant

No. of posts : 1

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate (from a Govt. recognized University)

Experience:

Should have minimum of 4 (four) years of experience in office management.

Should have knowledge of IT and Office Management, proficiency in MS Office Applications (like Word, Excel,Power Point, MS Project etc.) including email.

Remuneration: The monthly fixed remuneration will be Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month or 30% hike on the existing remuneration whichever is less

Selection Procedure :

Walk-in-interviews for the above positions will be held from 3rd April 2024 to 4th April 2024 from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM

The venue of the interview is AIWTD Society, 3rd Floor, Directorate of Inland Water Transport, Ulubari, Guwahati-7, Assam
