Applications are invited for recruitment of seven vacant positions or career in AHIDMS Assam.

Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of seven vacant posts or career under the World Bank funded "Assam State Secondary Healthcare Initiative for Service Delivery Transformation (ASSIST)" on purely contractual basis.

Name of post : State HRH and Nursing Education Specialist

No. of posts : 1

Qualification : Applicants must possess a master’s in public health or MBBS degree from any Govt.
recognized university/ institution.

Experience:

  1. At least 15 years’ experience public health, health systems strengthening, and policy development.
  2. Knowledge and experience of policies and implementation pertaining to strengthening HRH and nursing education in the health sector will be added advantage.

Name of post : State Communication Specialist

No. of posts : 1

Qualification : Applicants must possess at least a Post-Graduate degree in Mass Communication and Journalism or related field, from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 10 years’ experience of working at the state level public health communication or community interventions.
  2. Experience of design, developing and implementing innovative large scale communication programs, creative communication campaigns, Audio-Visual Films, Social Media Messages.
  3. Experience of 5 years’ in implementing health projects, working with various communities / village level institutions.

Name of post : Senior Project Engineer

No. of posts : 1

Qualification : Graduate in Civil Engineering from any AICTE approved recognized institute or university

Experience:

  1. Minimum 15 years of relevant post qualification experience preferably in Project management of
    building construction, and urban infrastructure development projects.
  2. Experience of working in health infrastructure projects will be an additional qualification
  3. Experience of working with infrastructure project of externally aided funded project is desirable

Name of post : State Internal Performance Agreement & Quality Improvement Specialist (SIPA&QIS)

No. of posts : 1

Qualification : Applicants must possess at least a Graduate degree in MBBS or Dental/ Masters in
Hospital Administration or Public Health from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.

Experience:

  1. At least five years’ experience in Health Care Quality or Formal Quality of a quality
    system like NQAS/NABH with valid certification as external assessor
  2. Experience of undertaking quality assessment of minimum of 5 facilities
  3. Experience of identifying gaps and providing handholding support to the facility, District and state level
  4. Experience of 3 years’ in developing and implementing monitoring systems for quality improvement in hospitals or at State level public health program with key role to improve quality of health services and policy development process

Name of post : Finance Executive

No. of posts : 1

Qualification : Graduate from a recognized Institute.

Experience :

  1. Minimum 5 years of relevant post qualification experience in accounting with Government
    projects/CSS/EAP.
  2. Experience of working with Tally software & PFMS for at least 2 year.
  3. Sound knowledge of Government Accounting, Income Tax, GST and other Taxation matters.
  4. Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English.
  5. Must be computer literate and should have knowledge in MS-Office, Internet, email, etc

Name of post : Procurement Executive

No. of posts : 1

Qualification : The PE must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/ Masters Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in any discipline from any Govt. recognized university/institution. Candidates having IT Background, Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP) or Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP) may be given preference.

Experience : The PE should have at least 5 (five) years of professional experience in Procurement Management function in any public/private sector agency out of which 02 (two) years in World Bank/externally aided Projects will be desirable. Those with hands-on experience in e-procurement system & GeM of the Government may be preferred.

Selection Procedure :

Candidates may appear for the interviews from 25th September 2024 to 4th October 2024 from 11 AM onwards in the Office of Project Director, AHIDMS, 4th Floor, Nayantara Supermarket, Sixmile, Guwahati-781022
