Assam: BJP worker dies after collapsing while dancing at election rally in Tinsukia

Dibrugarh:: A BJP worker, who was vice president of the BJP minority morcha of Tinsukia district fell unconscious while dancing before the election campaign at Manav Kalyan Bhawan on Wednesday.

He was rushed to Tinsukia Civil Hospital but succumbed to his illness.

An election campaign meeting of BJP MP Manoj Tiwari was organised at the Manav Kalyan Bhawan where the incident happened.

Delhi MP and star campaigner for BJP Manoj Tiwari participated in a roadshow in Doomdooma and Tinsukia on Wednesday campaigning for Sarbananda Sonowal, who is contesting from the Dibrugarh Lok Sabha seat.

Tiwari will also address a public rally at Jalan Nagar LP ME School Field, Dibrujan, Paltan Bazar in Dibrugarh.
