Arunachal: Youth arrested for waving protest flag during PM Modi event
Guwahati: A person in his youth was arrested on Sunday after he reportedly showed a protest flag during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally at Indira Gandhi Park in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
The incident happened as PM Modi was addressing a large rally where thousands of people from across Arunachal had assembled to hear his speech.
As per initial reports, the arrested waved a protest flag amid the event, drawing the attention of security personnel.
He was immediately detained and taken into custody for grilling.
