Arunachal: Pasighat MLA to sponsor UPSC coaching for meritorious students

Pasighat: Pasighat West MLA Ninong Ering will sponsor five meritorious students from from his constituency in Arunachal Pradesh for UPSC-CSE coaching.

“The main objective is to encourage the youths to crack the top administrative examination, IAS, thereby creating human resources,” Ering told reporters on Saturday.

Each selected candidate will receive Rs 1 lakh under his ‘Educational Development Programme’, he said.

Ering said that five-member expert committee will conduct interviews on 22 June to select the five candidates.

Application forms are available online until 17 June.

In previous years, Ering has sponsored students for various competitive examinations, including the UPSC-CSE, JEE, NEET, and Arunachal Pradesh SSB.
