Bordumsa: First-time Independent MLA Somlung Mossang of Arunachal Pradesh’s Bordumsa constituency has become a household name for his work in the community.

He is known for his easy accessibility and philanthropic services to the needy and downtrodden.

Mossang's popularity is evident on social media, where people praise his secular ideology, his focus on development, his charitable work, and his humility.

Since his election in 2019, Mossang has worked to improve the lives of people in his constituency. He has focused on infrastructure development, education, healthcare, and social welfare.

The Bordumsa-Diyun assembly segment in Arunachal Pradesh's Changlang district is the only general seat in the state. It is home to around 13 different communities with around 22,000 voters.

Mossang is known for his commitment to serving all people in his constituency, regardless of their background. He has said that he sees himself as a guardian for both his supporters and his opponents.

There is speculation that Mossang may join the BJP and contest the 2024 assembly election on a BJP ticket. However, he has not made any announcement about his plans.
