Guwahati: A massive landslide was reported near the Indo-China border in Arunachal on Thursday morning.

As per reports, the landslide washed away a massive portion of a high that led to the China border.

The National Highway 313 connects Anini to Roing and is the only highway towards Dibang Valley.

The landslide is suspected to have been caused by the incessant rainfall prevailing in the district for the past few days.

District administration informed that the repair work of the highway would take at least three days.

However, there have been no reports of any casualties during the incident.
